HOW WE DO IT

American Sole is a comprehensive footwear manufacturer that not only handles manufacturing but also serves as a resource for new product design and development.

Our construction capabilities encompass Goodyear Welt and Cement bonding.

Operating from a 30,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility, American Sole has a monthly production capacity exceeding 30,000 boots and shoes. To ensure the highest quality standards, our manufacturing machinery and equipment are sourced from the United States, Europe, and other regions.

No raw materials enter the warehouse without undergoing rigorous quality checks and testing in our accredited on-site laboratory. Quality control stations are strategically placed throughout the production process, with additional lab testing performed on-site to meet product quality control objectives. These stringent methods and standards result in a customer return rate lower than industry norms.
